Asset Management Improvement Planning for the Pacific Water Sector
Lead consultant for the Pacific Region Infrastructure Facility under this technical assistance project. Assessed asset management maturity for five water utilities in Fiji, Samoa, Cook Islands and Vanuatu and assisted them to develop their first asset management improvement plan. Authored a Guide on Asset Management Improvement Planning that was published by PRIF in late 2024.
Addressing Climate Change Vulnerability for Water Supply in the Marshall Islands
Assisted the United Nations Development Programme with the technical design of rainwater harvesting improvements for households and community buildings in over 80 communities in the remote outer atolls and islands of RMI. Follow-on work from technical support for development of the Green Climate Fund proposal for this project.
Asset management planning for Kiritimati Island
Developed the first asset management plans for government owned infrastructure on Kiritimati Island, ranging from water supply to power.
Biodiversity improvement project development for Tonga
Assisted the United Nations Development Programme to prepare an application for Green Environment Funds to improve biodiversity in the Fanga’uta lagoon and Vava’u, Tonga.
